Delivery
Please be aware that we do not provide a complimentary returns service. To return an item, kindly arrange for its return through your local post office or reach out to our customer service team.
Upon receipt of delivery, it is imperative to inspect all items. Should there be any breakages, defects, or discrepancies, please notify us within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to replace or refund the items.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
The customer is responsible for adequately packaging the return. Items damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the customer is responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the goods. Postage costs are non-refundable.
When sending your item back, ensure to obtain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds will be initiated for requests made to return within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be received by The Garden Galleries within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
Please be aware that personalized, bespoke, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The Gardens Galleries’ Standard UK delivery time is 7-12 working days.
International deliveries may vary in duration but typically should not exceed 14 working days. If your expected delivery date has passed and you have not yet received your order, please contact us directly.
Returns
Please contact us at thegardengalleries@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery to report any damaged or faulty items. Please attach a photograph of the damaged or faulty item when emailing us. We will then assist you in arranging a replacement, repair, or refund.
Before returning damaged or faulty goods, please refrain from doing so without contacting us first. If damaged items are returned without prior contact, we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred.
Please be aware that if we have issued a partial refund for a damaged item, this action voids your returns policy.
This policy exclusively pertains to items purchased online through our website.

The customer is responsible for any import duties incurred when returning items from another country.
Please note that we cannot be held liable for any interest charges applied by your credit card company while awaiting refunds to be processed.
All orders, including those from overseas, will be refunded in Sterling currency within 48 hours of receiving your return. Please allow up to 5 days for refunds to reflect in your account. Garden Galleries Limited is not liable for any currency exchange rate fluctuations or resulting loss of currency. We advise our customers to take this into consideration before placing overseas orders.
